Thanks so much for thinking of us for your gathering. We’re excited to offer our new private dining space on Old Market: a cosy spot perfect for celebrations, casual diner party vibes and work socials.
We will be as flexible as possible to make sure it's a lovely time, it's a new thing for us too so be gentle. If all of the below sounds good to you, then we can proceed!
1. Group Size
We can comfortably host groups between:
● Minimum: 15 guests
● Maximum: 30 guests (a bit of a squeeze but doable!)
2. Private Hire Fee
To hire the space, there is a fixed £100 fee, which includes:
● Exclusive use of the private dining room for up to 2.5 hours
● Two dedicated staff members looking after you throughout your time with us
We can set the vibe, or feel free to put your own playlists on etc.
Please note that food and drinks are not included in this hire fee.
3. Food Options
To keep service smooth and enjoyable for everyone, groups choose one style of food service:
Option A – Individual 12” Pizzas
Everyone picks their own 12” pizza from our menu. Drinks are ordered separately.
Option B – Shared 18” Pizzas
We’ll prepare a generous spread of 18” pizzas for the whole table based on your group’s preferences and dietary needs. (Buffet style)
We can’t mix 12” and 18” pizzas in the same booking.
4. Dietary Requirements
We’re more than happy to accommodate dietary needs — we just ask that you let us know at least 72 hours before your booking, so we can plan the perfect selection.
5. Drinks
All drinks are charged at menu prices. If you'd like to preorder any, just let us know, it helps us serve you quicker on the day!
6. Timing & Extra Time
Your booking covers 2.5 hours in the private dining room.
If you think you’ll need a little longer, please mention this when enquiring, we’ll always do our best to help, depending on availability.
7. Payment
● The £100 hire fee will be taken in advance to secure your slot.
● Food and drinks are settled on the day, unless agreed otherwise.
8. Cancellations
Life happens, if you need to cancel, just let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur charges if we’ve already begun preparing for your event.
9. Allergies
We take dietary needs very seriously and do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but please be aware that we operate a busy kitchen where allergens are present.
